Welcome to the Brighton Toyota Order & Shipping FAQ. We’re here to make your genuine Toyota parts shopping experience as smooth, transparent, and efficient as possible. If your question isn’t answered below, our friendly Parts Team is just a message or call away — we’re happy to help.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional & rural areas: 5–10 business days
  • WA, NT, and Far North QLD: up to 14 business days

You’ll receive tracking updates once your order is on its way. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email and text message (SMS). You can monitor your delivery’s progress online from dispatch through to delivery.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We partner with trusted Australian carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, TNT, and Couriers Please. For large or heavy parts, we use dedicated road freight or in-house local delivery (for Melbourne metro customers).

Can I arrange my own freight carrier?

Yes — simply choose “Click & Collect” at checkout, then contact our team to advise that your freight provider will collect your order. Once it’s ready, we’ll notify you via SMS so you can coordinate pickup with your chosen carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship within Australia only. We focus on fast, reliable service nationwide using Toyotas domestic distribution network.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping costs vary by item size, weight, and location. While we dont offer free shipping, our pricing on genuine Toyota parts is highly competitive. You can also save on freight by choosing Click & Collect from our Moorabbin Parts Centre its quick, easy, and free.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your postcode, order weight, and courier rate. Click & Collect is free of charge for Melbourne-based customers.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up from our Parts Centre once you
receive a ready-for-pickup SMS.

Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID when collecting. Orders should be  collected within 7 business days of your pickup notification.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately. Well do our best to modify your details before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

Can I use a PO Box for delivery?

Yes Australia Post is the only carrier that can deliver to PO Boxes. For other couriers, please provide a residential or business street address to avoid delays.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our team right away. Well investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

We offer Express Shipping for most small and medium parcels. For urgent local needs, we recommend Click & Collect most in-stock parts are ready for pickup within 12 hours (during business hours).

Will all parts in my order arrive together?

We aim to send your complete order in one shipment. However, if some items are special orders or sourced from multiple warehouses, you may receive separate deliveries and tracking numbers.
