Shipping Policy

Every order is handled with care by our experienced parts team to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Whether you’re ordering a single clip or a full set of components, you can count on us for dependable service from checkout to delivery.

General Shipping Information

All orders are shipped using trusted national carriers, including Australia Post, TNT, Couriers Please, and StarTrack, ensuring safe and timely delivery across Australia. 

We reserve the right to select the most suitable carrier for your order based on size, weight, and delivery location. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are guidelines  only — while we work hard to meet them, actual times may vary due to freight network  delays, weather, or public holidays.

Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (AEST). Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.

Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Special Order or Back-Order Items: You will be notified if additional time is required for sourcing directly from Toyota’s national warehouse.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email and SMS confirmation with tracking details (excluding local deliveries).

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (ETA: 2–6 Business Days)
    Our most common option — reliable and cost-effective delivery for most items nationwide.
  • Express Shipping (ETA: 1–3 Business Days)
    For urgent orders, choose Express Shipping for priority dispatch and fast delivery.
  • Road Freight (ETA: 2–6 Business Days)
    Used for large, bulky, or heavy items that can’t be sent via standard post. Delivered safely and efficiently to your address.
  • Local Delivery – Melbourne Metro (Same or Next Business Day)
    Customers in metro Melbourne can enjoy our in-house Local Delivery service for eligible orders. We’ll deliver directly to your nominated address, usually the same or next business day.

Prefer to pick up your order? Select Click & Collect at checkout and collect from our Parts Centre once you receive a confirmation SMS.

Collection Guidelines:

  • Please bring your order confirmation SMS or email, plus a valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s licence or passport).
  • Orders should be collected within 7 business days of your “Ready for Pick-Up” notification.
  • If you can’t collect within this time, contact us to arrange an alternate collection day.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Orders can only be modified or cancelled prior to dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll need to follow our Returns Policy to request a return or exchange.

To make a change or cancellation request, please contact our team immediately during business hours at parts@gasmotors.com.au or 1300 721 784. We’ll do our best to assist before your order is processed.

Delays and Delivery Issues

While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen carrier delays can occasionally occur. Brighton Toyota is not liable for late deliveries caused by third-party carriers. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our team — we’ll track it down and provide an update as quickly as possible.
